ABOUT PURCHASE AND LICENSE

  How will Weblyrics be delivered? Will I receive a CD at home?

Weblyrics can only be acquired through download from our website. No CD will be delivered.

  I don't have an internet connection. May I still use Weblyrics?

No. Right now, the only way to validate Weblyrics is through an internet connection.

  Does Weblyrics have a demo?

Yes. It is possible to either watch an online presentation in our website or download the evaluation copy. If more information is needed, please contact us .

  May I install Weblyrics in different computers at the same time?

Each product can only be installed in one computer at a time. However you can remove your license from one computer and then install it in any other computer. To remove a license from a machine click on Weblyrics' Tool menu -> Remove license.

  What should I do if I accidentally delete Weblyrics or format my HD?

Contact Musital through e-mail and your license will be released in our server for a new installation.

  Are there any discounts for future Weblyrics updates?

Yes. You  have only to provide you user's information that a especial discount will be given on future purchases

  Are the updates free?

Yes. Musital offers free updates of the product revisions. New version with significant changes are charged with an update fee.
If you acquire a 1.x version, you have the right to update for free any other 1.y version.
On Weblyrics' Help menu – About your version number is displayed.

  How can I be informed about new versions?

You can be informed on Weblyrics' site or, if you have authorized, through e-mails from Musital.

  Does Weblyrics have an user's manual?

When you acquire the product you receive both an electronic Tutorial and Help.

  What are the minimum system requirement to use Weblyrics?

See on website.

  Is Weblyrics available for Mac Os or Linux?

Not yet. It is only available for Windows.

ABOUT Weblyrics

  I don't hear the chord sound. What should I do?

1) Verify if you have a sound card with a MIDI driver (e.g. SoundBlaster Live).
2) Verify if there is not a problem with the sound card contacts or between the card and the reproduction system (speakers, amps etc.). Try to play a file with the .mid extension using another product such as Windows Media Player.
3) Verify Weblyrics' set up parameters for  your sound card on the Tools Menu – Options (Sound tab). Try the available Device options.

  Sound quality is poor. Is it possible to improve it?

MIDI reproduction used by Weblyrics is produced entirely on your sound card. The quality depends exclusively on your card. It is suggested the use of cards with Wavetable technology (e.g. SoundBlaster Live or equivalent) to reproduce optimum sound quality.

  May I choose other musical instruments to play the chords?

Yes. The  instruments availability depends on the type of sound card being used, and can be set up on Weblyrics' Tools Menu – Options (Sound tab).

  Is it hard to follow a song with the computer keys?

It is not hard but it is not immediate either. Just like any other musical instrument it demands some training. However it is much easier than learning how to play the guitar.
The  Weblyrics instrument allows you to play a song with pretty good quality besides having an important play role in de development of your  rhythm's and harmony's comprehension capability. 

  Is it possible to export a song from Weblyrics to MS-Word?

Yes, you can export any Weblyrics' file to the RTF and HTML formats. You are then able to open the exported file in MS-Word.

  I tried to build the Bm7M/Bb chord but it wasn't possible, only the A#(#5) notation was permitted. Is it a Weblyrics mistake?

Unfortunately, some authors make mistakes when writing the chords in a song. The chord should make reading easy instead of complicating it. Look at the chords Bm7M/Bb e A#(#5). They have the same notes.

Bb  - A# (same note)
F# - E## (same note)
A# - A#
D   - C## (same note)
F# - E## (same note)

In the above example, it makes no sense naming a chord using the inverted bass if exists an homonyms without this inversion.
